Call for support for the Sigismund Toduță Foundation!
From the very beginning, the Foundation established the registration of adherent members through its Statute. These are individuals who declare their agreement with its objectives and undertake to pay the annual fee set by the Board of Directors (50 lei or 10 euros/year, as of 2018).
Since the 40 founding members signed the establishment of the Foundation on July 8, 1991, over 200 individuals from all artistic fields expressed their desire to become supporters. Together, they form the General Assembly – a group of great importance for the future, particularly when al the 40 founding members will be absent.
Along with the amounts received from copyrights, all fees and donations are used exclusively to fulfill the Foundation’s primary objective: promoting the work of Sigismund Toduță.

The Sigismund Toduță Foundation recently celebrated its 34th anniversary!
Following the beautiful anniversary of our memorial house in 2022, and continuing the good tradition we resumed in 2013, we worked intensively to organize the SIGISMUND TODUȚĂ: EFIGIE 3D Festival from May 16-18, 2023, featuring a full performance of the Third Symphony – Ovidiu by Sigismund Toduță.
In 2023–2024, we also supported a small season of chamber recitals, which were highly appreciated by both the performers and visitors at the Toduță Memorial House.
As part of our ongoing commitment to fulfilling our mission, and in line with the importance of getting to know Toduță’s work, we are once again reaching out to you for a contribution or donation for the year 2025. As in recent years, the suggested contribution for members is 50 lei or 10 euros per year.
